Abstract
Nodular hidradenoma is an uncommon sweat gland tumor, found mainly in adults and more frequent in women. the lesions are usually solitary and mostly occur in the scalp, face, and anterior side of the trunk. Malignant change of the tumor is rare. Malignant nodular hidradenoma is an uncommon tumor of eccrine sweat gland origin. In contrast to the benign form, malignant nodular hidradenoma tends to invade the surrounding tissue and has a high incidence of distant metastases. We have experienced a case of malignant nodular hidradenoma on foot and report with brief review of the literatures.
